All our boards and kits are returnable and refundable within 14 days from the shipping date (30 days for international orders).
To be elegibile for a return your item must be unused, unmounted, never powered in its original unopened package.
Before sending back the board please write us an email requesting return/refund and wait our confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for returning your item.
All the shipping costs are non-refundable, your will receive a refund exactly equal to the price you paid less shipping cost for returning, less shipping cost for shipping the item to you, less any customs fee.
Please note that if you bought an item with a “Free Shipping” formula, the shipping costs were not zero but they actually were summed to the price of the item and will be deducted from the paid amount in case of refund. You will receive some documentation prooving the amount of the shipping costs we paid.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we won’t receive your item we will be unable to refund you.
